2015: INDOOR: Earned All-Conference as part of the third place finishing distance medley relay team at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/28) … ran a season-best in the 800 meters at the Iowa State Classic (2/13) with a time of 2:15.66 … recorded a personal-best in the 600 meters of 1:36.19 at the UNI-Dome Open (2/20).
2015: OUTDOOR: Ran a career-best time of 2:14.84 in the 800 meters at the Wisconsin Open (5/8) … helped her 4X800 meter relay team to a season-best time of 8:54.60 at the Drake Relays (4/22), ranking the team fourth all-time at UNI … finished in sixth place overall at the Gibson Invitational (4/16) in the open 800 meters … named to the MVC Honor Roll and the MVC Scholar-Athlete Team.
2014: INDOOR: Scored team points at the MVC Indoor Championships (3/1) as part of the fifth place finishing distance medley relay … finished with an indoor personal-best in the 800 meters at the UNI-Dome Open (2/21) with a time of 2:15.36 for a third place finish.
2014: OUTDOOR: Set the UNI freshman record in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a personal-best time of 11:31.48 at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/16) … was also a part of the school record breaking 4X800 meter relay team at the Drake Relays (4/23) … ran a personal-best in the 800 meters at the Musco Invitational (5/3) with a time of 2:15.36 … also ran the 400 meter hurdles for the first time, grabbing a time of 1:06.01 … was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
High School: Earned all-state in track all four years and was all-conference in track her freshman, sophomore and senior years … holds the school record in the 4X800 meter relay, 300 meter hurdles and the 800 meters … was the team captain for the cross country and track and field teams her senior year … earned all-conference in cross country all four years and was all-state her senior year … helped her team to a cross country conference championship in during her junior and senior year … earned third place in at the state meet her junior and senior seasons.
Personal: Daughter of Pete and Monica Connelly … has four siblings, Mary, Jimmy, Joey and Maggie … was part of the National Honor Society, High Honor Roll and Spanish National Honor Society at Montini Catholic High School … majoring in marketing.
