2015: INDOOR: Ran a personal-best in the mile at the Panther Open (1/17) with a time of 4:28.42 … also secured a PR in the 3,000 meters at the Iowa Big 4 Duals (1/24), finishing with a time of 8:51.77.
2015: OUTDOOR: Did not compete.
High School: Lettered all four years in cross country and track and field at Prairie High School … was the team captain for cross country and was named team MVP his junior and senior seasons … was named to the cross country All-Conference, All-Metro and All-State first teams in 2013, leading his team to a state championship … also earned first team All-Academic as a senior for cross country … was named the Mississippi Valley Conference Athlete of the Year and Metro Co-Athlete of the Year for cross country as a junior in 2012 … broke the school record in the 4,000 meters in cross country as a sophomore, earning first team All-Conference and All-Metro … selected as the Conference Athlete of the Year in 2014 for track and field, earning All-State and Elite All-State in the 1,600 meters and 4X800 meter relay … broke the school record in the 3,200 meters as a senior … earned first team All-Conference in 2013 and second team All-Conference in 2012 for track … helped lead his team to a conference championship in 2014 … was also selected to the All-Academic team in 2014 for track.
