2015: INDOOR: Ran a season-best time in the 3,000 meters of 8:41.32 at the MVC Championships (2/28) … notched a top-five finish in the 3K at the UNI-Dome Open (2/20).
2015: OUTDOOR: Recorded a personal-best in the 1,500 meters of 4:00.77 at the Gibson Invitational (4/16) … competed in the outdoor 5,000 meters for the first time, gaining a personal record of 16:25.61 at the MVC Championships (5/15) … also grabbed a personal-best in the 3,000 meter steeplechase of 9:23.16, scoring team points with a fifth place finish overall ... was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
2014: INDOOR: Competed primarily in the 3,000 meters … finished with a personal-best time of 8:39.43 at the Meyo Invitational (2/7).
