2012: INDOOR: Ran the second fastest time on the team and a career best time in the 600 meters at the Panther Open (1/14) with a time of 1:37.65 ... notched her season best time in the 800 meters at the Iowa State Classic (2/10), finishing with a time of 2:15.52 ... helped her team to a fifth place finish in the distance medley relay at the MVC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a team time of 12:00.06.
OUTDOOR: Finished second overall in the 800 meters at the Central College Invitational (3/31) with a time of 2:17.26 ... ran her career and season best time in the 800 meters at the Musco Invitational (4/21), finishing with a time of 2:11.77 ... posted a career best time in the 400 meters at the Mark Messersmith Invitational (5/4) with a time of 57.44.
2011: INDOOR: Ran a season best time in the 800 meters at the Iowa State Classic (2/10) with a time of 2:16.40 ... had her best finish of the season at the Panther Open (1/15) when she placed second overall in the 600 meters with a time of 1:38.19.
OUTDOOR: Did not compete.
2010: INDOOR: Placed eighth in the pentathlon at the MVC Indoor Championships, scoring 3,136 points ... took third in the pentathlon at the Jack Jennett Invitational (1/30) ... clocked a season-best 800m time of 2:19.14 to conclude the pentathlon at the MVC Indoor Championships, the second-fastest in the field ... also ran 26.93 in the 200m at the Jack Johnson Classic (1/23) and 59.14 in the 400m at the ISU Classic (2/13) during the indoor season.
OUTDOOR: Took 11th place in the heptathlon at the MVC Outdoor Championships ... earned a fifth-place finish in the 400m hurdles at the Musco Invitational (5/1), running a season-best 1:03.73 ... notched the third-best throw in the shot put among all heptathletes at the MVC Outdoor Championships at 35-03.75 (10.76m) ... recorded a personal-best in the heptathlon 200m with a time of 26.22 at the MVC meet.
