2013: OUTDOOR: Ran a personal-best time in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10) with a time of 9:42.13 … set a season-best time in the 1,500 meters at the Alabama Relays (3/22) with a time of 4:06.59 … was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
2012: INDOOR: Recorded a personal best time in the 1,000 meters at the Panther Open (1/14) with a time of 2:34.44 and a fourth place finish ... also posted a personal best time in the mile at the Iowa Invitational (2/17) with a time of 4:20.63.
