2015: INDOOR: Defended his 60 and 200 meter MVC titles, winning both at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/28) … became the first UNI athlete and just the second Missouri Valley Conference athlete to win the 60 and 200 meter dash titles two years in a row since 1995-96 … won the 60 meter dash at the Iowa Big 4 Duals (1/24) with a personal-best time of 6.69, breaking the school record and the all-time Missouri Valley Conference record … ran a time of 21.48 in the 200 meters at the Husker Invite (2/6), giving him a personal record and the fourth-best time in UNI history … he remained undefeated in the 60 meter dash, winning the individual title in all seven meets he competed in.
2015: OUTDOOR: Qualified for the NCAA Championships (6/10) in the 200 meter dash, earning All-America honorable mention … ran a wind-legal 10.24 in the 100 meter dash at the NCAA West Preliminary meet (5/28), setting a new PR and ranking himself second all-time at UNI … won his heat in the 200 meters at the NCAA West Regional in the preliminary race with a wind-aided time of 20.72 before punching his ticket to Eugene with a time of 20.87 in the semi-final round … stayed undefeated at the MVC Championships (5/16) by winning both the 100 (wind-aided 10.10) and 200 meter (wind-aided 20.31) titles for the second consecutive season … part of the 4X100 meter relay team that finished second overall at the MVC Championships, earning All-Conference honors as a team … was named Men’s Co-Most Valuable Athlete and Men’s Most Outstanding Track Athlete at the MVC Championships … was selected as MVC Male Track Athlete of the Week twice during the season.
2014: INDOOR: Won the men’s 60 meter and 200 meter dashes as a true freshman at the MVC Indoor Championships (3/1) … ran a personal-best in the 60 meter dash at the MVC Indoor Championships, finishing with his title winning time of 6.74, tying him for fourth all-time at UNI … also finished with an indoor personal-best in the 200 meter dash at the championship meet, running a time of 21.28 for the second fastest time in school history … was named the MVC Most Valuable Athlete at the championships … was the first UNI athlete to win both the 60 meter dash and the 200 meter dash titles … finished in the top-five in every individual race during his freshman campaign.
2014: OUTDOOR: Qualified for the NCAA Division I West Preliminary round as a freshman in the 100 and 200 meters … won both the 100 meter and 200 meter dashes at the MVC Outdoor Championships … also earned All-Conference as part of the third place team in the 4X100 meter relay at the MVC Outdoor Championships … set a personal-best in the 100 meter dash at the Musco Invitational (5/3), running a time of 10.42 and tying for fourth all-time at UNI … also grabbed a personal-best in the 200 meters in the finals at the MVC Outdoor Championships, finishing with a time of 20.97, the fifth fastest time in school history … finished third in his heat at the nationally renowned Mt. Sac Relays (4/17) in the 200 meters with a time of 20.98.
High School: Lettered all four years in track and field … was the All-Area Male Track Athlete in 2011, 2012 and 2013 … was the district and regional champion in the 100 meters and 200 meters in 2012 and 2013 … holds the school record in the 100 meters, 200 meters and the 4X100 meter relay … was a district champion in the 4X100 meter relay in 2012 … was a Junior Olympics finalist in the 200 meters was a state finalist in the 100 and 200 meters, placing third in both in 2013 … also lettered in football.
Personal: Son of Faith and Lorenzo … has one sibling, Brion, who played football at UNI … majoring in art.
