Personal: Daughter of Mark and Donna Forsyth… was born Dec. 29, 1995, in Osage, Iowa… has three siblings; Maddie (22), Micaela (20) and Max (16)… her mother, Donna, played volleyball for the Panthers… majoring in elementary education.
