High School: Bland was named first-team all-conference in 2014 while setting the school record for RBIs in a season (57) and doubles in a season (23)… team captain in 2014… Was named second-team all-conference in 2012 and 2013… Sports Spotlight all-state selection in 2013… helped lead Durant High School to the 2A state championship in 2013… took third place at the state tournament in 2012… Quad Cities Times first-team all-area selection in 2012 and 2013… lettered in softball (4), volleyball (2) and golf.
Personal: Daughter of Kevin and Amanda Bland… was born Jan. 1, 1996, in Davenport, Iowa… has two siblings; Alex (24) and Kristopher (20)… majoring in actuarial science.
