2015: INDOOR: Recorded an indoor personal-best in the 200 meters of 22.56 at the UNI-Dome Open (2/20) to place first in his heat and third overall … also improved his indoor 400 meter time to 50.13 UNI Team Invitational (1/31) … also helped the 4X400 meter relay team to score team points at the MVC Championships (2/28), placing fifth overall.
2015: OUTDOOR: Earned All-Conference twice at the MVC Championships (5/15), helping the 4X100 meter relay team to a second place finish (40.76) and the 4X400 meter relay team to a third place finish (3:15.77) … ran a two-second PR in the open 400 meter dash with a time of 48.91 at the Musco Invitational (5/2) … also recorded a personal-best in the 200 meters at the ESU Spring Open (3/28) with a time of 22.35 to place second in his heat ... selected to the MVC Scholar-Athlete Team ... was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
2014: INDOOR: Ran an indoor personal-best in the 400 meters at the UNI-Dome Open (2/21) with a time of 51.34 for third place overall … also scored a PR in the 200 meters at the MVC Indoor Championships (3/1) with a time of 22.91.
2014: OUTDOOR: Finished with a personal-best in the 400 meters at the Wartburg Outdoor Twilight (4/22) with a time of 50.53 for second overall … threw for 141-10 in the javelin at the ESU Spring Open (3/29) … was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
High School: Lettered in track and field all four years at Waverly-Shell Rock … earned all-conference, all-district and all-state honors … set a school record in the open 400 meters … helped his team to a conference championship in 2010 and 2011 and a third place finish at state in 2010 … also lettered in football and basketball for two years.
Personal: Son of Bradley and Janelle … has one sibling, Emily … was part of the Honor Roll all four years of high school … majoring in movement and exercise science with a minor in biology.
