2015: INDOOR: Won the long jump and the triple jump at the UNI-Dome Open (2/20) with a season-best marks of 18-3.75 and 36-11.50 … also won the long jump at the Panther Open (1/17) with a jump of 17-6.00.
2015: OUTDOOR: Finished the season with a personal-best in the triple jump at the MVC Championships (5/15), grabbing mark of 38-6.25 to ranker herself third all-time at UNI … had a season-best in the long jump at the MVC Championships of 18-2.50 … placed third overall in the triple jump at the ESU Spring Open (3/28) with a mark of 37-7.25 … earned the MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award and was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
2014: INDOOR: Set an indoor personal-best in the long jump at the Iowa Big Four Duals (1/18) with a mark of 18-8.00 for second place overall … recorded a big PR in the triple jump of 37-6.00 for first place at the UNI-Dome Open (2/21) … finished in the top-10 in the long jump at the MVC Indoor Championships (3/1).
2014: OUTDOOR: Placed eighth overall and scored team points in the long jump at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/16) notching a huge personal-best of 18-10.50 … notched a season-best in the triple jump at the ESU Spring Open (3/29) for a third place finish … earned the MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award and was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
2013: INDOOR: Notched a season-best in the triple jump at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23) with a jump of 37-5.75 … finished with a season best long jump of 18-0.50 at the Panther Open (1/12) … ran a personal-best time in the 60 meters at the Jack Jennett Invite (1/25) with a time of 8.27.
2013: OUTDOOR: Recorded a personal-best in the long jump at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10) with a jump of 18-1.50 … had a season-best in the triple jump at the Joes Haines Invite (4/5) with a jump of 37-0.25 … earned the Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award and was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
High School: Lettered all four years in track and field at GET High School ... was an all-state selection in 2010, 2011 and 2012 ... was named to the all-conference squad in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 in track ... holds the school record in the indoor and outdoor high jump, long jump and triple jump and the outdoor 4X100 meter relay ... was the conference champion in the triple jump in 2010, 2011 and 2012 and was the state runner-up in the triple jump in 2011 and 2012 ... also lettered in gymnastics all four years.
