2014: INDOOR: Battled an injury during part of the indoor season, but was still able to place fifth overall in the 60 meter hurdles at the MVC Indoor Championships (3/1) … ran a season-best time of 8.02 at the UNI-Dome Open (2/21).
2014: OUTDOOR: Continued his streak of qualifying for the NCAA Division I West Preliminary for the third year in a row in the 110 meter hurdles … ran a personal-best 13.82 at the NCAA West Regionals (5/29) to place third in his heat and rank him second all-time at UNI … earned all-conference at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/16) in the 110 meter hurdles for the second year in a row, placing third with a time of 13.94 … placed second overall in the 110 hurdles at the nationally renowned Mt. Sac Relays (4/17) with a time of 14.01 … took first place in the 110 meter hurdles at the Mark Messersmith Invitational (5/9) … was named to the MVC Scholar-Athlete team and the USTFCCCA All-Academic team for the second consecutive year … also earned the MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award and was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
2013: INDOOR: Earned all-conference in the 60 meter hurdles after finishing in third place at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23) with a season-best time of 7.99 … advanced to the finals in the 60 meter hurdles in six meets during the season.
OUTDOOR: Qualified for the NCAA Division I West Preliminary for the second year in a row in the 110 meter hurdles, advancing to the semifinals in the event … earned all-conference in the 110 meter hurdles at the MVC Outdoor Championships, placing third with a time of 13.92 … notched a personal-best time of 13.84 at the Sparkassen Gala in Regensburg, making him tied for second all-time at UNI … was part of the MVC Championship 4X100 meter relay team, running second and helping the team to a time of 41.57 … earned the Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award, was named to the Honor Roll by the MVC and earned MVC Scholar-Athlete Team honors … was also named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
2012: INDOOR: Finished in sixth place overall in the 60 meter hurdles finals at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/25) with a time of 8.15 ... notched a personal best time in the 60 meter hurdles at the Jack Johnson Classic (1/20) with a time of 7.95 and a first place finish overall ... ran a personal best time in the 200 meters at the MVC Indoor Championships with a time of 22.54 ... finished first overall six times during the season in the 60 meter hurdles.
OUTDOOR: Qualified for the NCAA Division I West Preliminary (5/24) in the 110 meter hurdles and the 4X100 meter relay ... ran a team best 14.17 (wind 3.1) time in the 110 meter hurdles at the NCAA West Preliminary ... finished in fourth overall in the 110 meter hurdles at the MVC Outdoor Championships with a time of 14.27 (wind 3.1) ... ran a personal best time in the 110 meter hurdles at the Mark Messersmith Invitational (5/4) with a time of 14.22 ... threw a personal best distance in the javelin at the Central College Invitational (3/31) with a distance of 54.89 meters and a first place finish.
