2014: INDOOR: Ran an indoor personal-best in the 200 meters at the MVC Indoor Championships (3/1) with a time of 22.23 … continued to tie his personal-best in the 300 meters, running a time of 35.16 at the ISU Holiday Preview (12/6) … ran a season-best of 49.60 in the 400 meters at the Jack Johnson Classic (1/24) … was the anchor leg of a tough 4X400 meter relay race at the MVC Indoor Championships with the team placing fourth with a time of 3:17.05.
2014: OUTDOOR: Notched his second-fastest career time in the 200 meters at the Mark Messersmith Invitational (5/9) with a time of 22.25 … also ran a season-best time of 49.02 in the 400 meters at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/16) with a time of 49.02 … was a part of the fourth place finishing 4X400 meter relay team at the MVC Championships, finishing with a team time of 3:11.47, the fastest UNI time of the season.
2013: INDOOR: Was part of the 4X400 meter relay team that finished second at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23) … ran a personal-best time in the 300 meters at the Cyclone Holiday Preview (12/7) with a time of 35.16, placing him fourth all-time at UNI.
OUTDOOR: Was part of the 4X400 meter relay team that finished second at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10) … notched a personal-best time in the 400 meters at the MVC Outdoor Championships with a time of 48.89 … was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
2012: INDOOR: Was part of the 4X400 meter relay team that finished first at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/25) with a team time of 3:16.33 ... ran a personal best time in the 200 meters at the MVC Indoor Championships with a time of 22.26.
OUTDOOR: Was part of the 4X400 meter relay team that finished first at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/11) with a team time of 3:11.24 ... ran a personal best time in the 400 meters at the Mark Messersmith Invitational (5/4) with a time of 49.20 ... recorded a season best time in the 200 meters at the USF Bulls Invitational (3/15) with a time of 22.56.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in track and field at Cedar Falls High School … was on the state runner-up 4X400 meter relay team in 2010 and 2011 … helped his team to a state championship in 2011 and was part of the 4X100 and 4X200 meter relay teams that won state titles in 2011 …was a conference champion in the 400 meters, 4X100 and 4X400 meter relays in 2011 … was also part of the Drake Relays Championship teams in the distance medley and 4X100 along with the Drake Relays record breaking 4X200 meter relay team.
