2015: INDOOR: Helped her 4X400 meter relay team to a third place finish at the MVC Championships (2/28), earning all-conference … ran a season-best in the 400 meters at the Iowa State Classic (2/13), grabbing a time of 57.44 … also recorded a season-best in the 200 meters at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 26.17 … won the open 400 meter dash at the UNI-Dome Open (2/20).
2015: OUTDOOR: Earned all-conference for the second consecutive season in the 4X400 meter relay, helping her team to a third place finish at the MVC Championships (5/15) … recorded a season-best in the 400 meters at the Gibson Invitational (4/17), running a time of 56.56 … opened the outdoor season with a fast, season-best 200 meters at the ESU Spring Open (3/28), finishing with a time of 25.93 … was named to the MVC Scholar-Athlete team and the MVC Honor Roll.
2014: INDOOR: Scored team points at the MVC Indoor Championships (3/1) in both the 400 meters and the 4X400 meter relay … finished eighth overall in the 400 meters, notching an indoor personal-best in the prelims of 56.32 … was a part of the all-conference earning 4X400 meter relay team that finished second overall with a team time of 3:45.07 … ran an indoor personal-best in the 200 meter dash at the UNI-Dome Open (2/21) with a time of 25.49 for a first place finish … also won the 400 meters at the Jack Jennett Invitational (1/31).

2013: INDOOR: Earned all-conference after helping her 4X400 meter relay team to a second place finish at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23) … ran a season-best time in the 400 meters at the MVC Indoor Championships with a time of 56.73 … ran a season-best time in the 200 meters at the Jack Jennett Invite (1/25) with a time of 25.97.
2013: OUTDOOR: Was part of the sprint medley relay team that finished third all-time at UNI with a team time of 3:56.40 … also was part of the 4X200 meter relay team that ran the fifth fastest time in UNI history with a team time of 1:39.36 … notched a personal-best time in the 400 meters at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10) with a time of 55.99 … recorded a personal-best in the 200 meters at the Joey Haines Invite (4/5) with a time of 25.37 … was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
