2015: INDOOR: Scored team points in two events at the MVC Championships (2/28), finishing fifth in the weight throw and eighth in the shot put … notched a season-best in the shot put at the MVC Championships with a mark of 48-4.75 … threw a personal record in the weight throw of 64-7.75 at the UNI-Dome Open (2/20) to rank herself second all-time at UNI and win the event … also won the weight throw at the Jack Jennett Invitational (1/30), Iowa Big 4 Duals (1/24) and the Panther Open (1/17).
2015: OUTDOOR: Qualified for the NCAA Division I West Preliminary Round (5/28) for the shot put … is now ranked in the top-five all-time at UNI in the shot put, discus and hammer throw … placed fourth in the hammer and discus throws and eighth in the shot put at the MVC Championships (5/15), scoring a total of 11 points for the team … scored a PR in the discus throw at the MVC Championships, grabbing a mark of 160-1.00, making her No. 3 all-time at UNI … notched a career-best in the hammer throw at the MVC Championships with a mark of 189-6.00, the third best throw in UNI history … threw a personal-best mark of 50-6.25 at the Wisconsin Open (5/8) in the shot put, ranking her third all-time at UNI … won the hammer throw and the shot put at the Cornell Invitational (4/4) … was named to the MVC Scholar-Athlete and USTFCCCA All-Academic teams … selected to the MVC Honor Roll and earned the MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award.
2014: INDOOR: Threw for a personal-best in the shot put at the Jack Johnson Classic (1/24) with a mark of 49-3.50 to earn fourth all-time at UNI and a first place finish … also won the shot put at the Jack Jennett Invitational (1/31) and the UNI-Dome Open (2/21) … grabbed a personal-best in the weight throw at the MVC Indoor Championships (3/1) with a toss of 58-5.50 to score team points … also finished in the top-five scoring spots in the shot put at the MVC Championships with a fifth place finish overall.

2013: OUTDOOR: Notched a personal-best throw in the shot put at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10) with a toss of 47-4.50 … finished with a personal-best distance in the discus throw at the Wisconsin Open (5/3) with a throw of 142-8 … recorded a personal-best throw in the hammer throw at the Cornell College Invite (4/6) with a throw of 153-1 … was named to the MVC Scholar-Athlete team and the MVC Honor Roll.
