2010: INDOOR: Clocked a season-best 400m time of 57.91 at the ISU Classic (2/13) ... took second place in the 200m at the UNI-Dome Open in 25.94 ... posted a season-best 200m time of 25.71 at the MVC Indoor Championships ... placed third in the 600m at the Panther Open in 1:38.29 ... ran a leg on the 4x400m relay quartet that is No. 5 all-time at UNI after clocking 3:44.96 at the Meyo Invitational (2/6) ... also ran on the 4x400m relay team that claimed fourth place at the MVC Championships.
OUTDOOR: Led off the Panthers' 4x400m relay squad at the Drake Relays that posted the third-fastest time in UNI history, 3:40.36 ... qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds in the 4x400m relay ... posted sub-58 times in each of her 400m races on the season ... clocked a season-best 400m time of 57.23 at the Musco Invitational (5/1) ... placed 10th at the MVC Outdoor Championships in the 400m with a time of 57.50 in the preliminaries ... also ran 25.39 in the 200m dash, taking fifth place at the Jim Duncan Invitational (4/10).
2009: OUTDOOR: Recorded a top 800m time of 2:14.71 at the Messersmith Invitational to take second place ... finished third at the Central Invitational with a time of 2:17.

2008: OUTDOOR: Moving up to the 800 meters for the first time in her career, recorded a season-best time of 2:13.42 at the McDonnell Invite for fifth place.
INDOOR: Recorded a season-best time of 58.80 in the 400m at the Notre Dame Meyo Invitational ... took second place in the Panther Open with a time of 1:38.02 in the 600m.
HIGH SCHOOL: Two-year letter winner in cross country ... conference champion in 100, 200 and 400 meters as a senior ... Illinois State champion in 4x400 meter relay as a junior and 400 meters as a senior ... member of National Honor Society.
