2015: INDOOR: Gained a personal-best in the weight throw at the MVC Championships (2/28), marking out at 55-9.00 … finished second in the weight throw at the UNI-Dome Open (2/20) and the Jack Jennett Invitational (1/30) … also scored a second place finish in the shot put at the Jack Jennett Invitational, coming away with a career-best mark of 45-2.50.
2015: OUTDOOR: Scored team points in the discus throw at the MVC Championships (5/15), placing seventh overall with a mark of 159-1.00 to rank her fourth all-time at UNI … finished with a PR in the hammer throw at the Wisconsin Open (5/8) of 166-3.00 … won the discus throw at the Cornell Invitational (4/4) … notched a season-best in the shot put at the Cornell Invitational, finishing with a toss of 38-7.00.
2014: INDOOR: Threw for a big personal-best in the weight throw at the Minnesota State Coaches Open (2/15) for a mark of 50-10.00 and a top-10 finish … recorded a season-best in the shot put at the UNI-Dome Open (2/21) for a toss of 39-4.00 and a third place finish.
2014: OUTDOOR: Finished with a personal-best in the discus throw at the Wartburg Outdoor Twilight (4/22) with a mark of 150-9.00 for first place overall, earning her fourth all-time at UNI… also finished with a personal-best in the hammer throw of 152-5.00 at the Wartburg Outdoor Twilight for a third place finish … scored team points in the discus throw at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/16), placing eighth overall … was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
2013: INDOOR: Notched a personal-best in the shot put at the Wisconsin Elite Invite (1/18) with a toss of 40-0.75 … threw for a personal-best in the weight throw at the Jack Jennett Invite (1/25) with a mark of 47-11.
2013: OUTDOOR: Recorded a personal-best in the discus at the Wisconsin Open (5/3) with a mark of 143-7 … finished with a personal-best mark of 119-4 in the hammer throw at the Cornell College Invite (4/6).
High School: Lettered in track and field at Benton Community High School … finished third in the discus at the state meet in 2010 and 2011 … was a two-time Drake Relays qualifier, finishing in seventh place in the discus in 2010 … earned sixth place in the shot put at the state meet in 2011 … was inducted into the Benton Community Athletic Hall of Fame in 2012.
