Finished 11th at state as a junior... Broke Peoria Notre Dame's school record for the pole vault (14'6")... Member of the football team as a freshman and sophomore... Lettered in swim & drive as a freshman.
Personal: Born Josh Getz on July 21, 1999 in Peoria, Ill.... Son of Jonathan and Dawn Getz... Has one sibling, Carson... Graduate of Peoria Notre Dame High School... Member of the High Honor Roll and National Honor Society in high school... Majoring in criminology at UNI... Has a special talent for woodworking and enjoys making things from old pallets... In 10 years hopes to work for the FBI or the US Marshals Service... Volunteers at the St. Jude Club, Perkins Hospital and Retrieving Freedom.
