2014: First-team All-MVC honoree... started in all 48 games for the Panthers… named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-Region Third Team… led the Panthers in batting average (.345)… drove in a team-high 32 runs… hit a team-high 14 doubles… team-high .415 on-base percentage… tied the team-high in hits with 50… went 3-for-3 with seven RBI and two home runs in a 10-0 win against Missouri State (4/18).
2013 at LSU: Alcaraz gathered 38 appearances which featured 31 starts (primarily as a designated player) … batted .311 for the Tigers after going 28-for-90 at the plate with three home runs and 20 RBIs … was one of eight players to collect 20 or more RBIs … connected for multi-hit and multi-RBI games six times throughout the season.
2012 at LSU: Garnered 26 appearances which featured 16 starts (primarily at second base) ... first career start came against Penn State on Feb. 11, 2012 ... put together a .233 season batting average after going 10-for-43 at the plate … scored 13 runs and tallied four RBI’s.
High School: Alcaraz was a four year letter recipient at Marist High School in Chicago, Illinois ... the first freshman in Marist High School history to ever make and start on a varsity team for the Red Hawks ... was tabbed as an all-state selection in 2010 as well as all-conference and all-area honors in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
Personal: Daughter of Robert and Jaqueline West, Alcaraz was born on June 4, 1993, in Chicago, Illinois ... she has four siblings, Tatiana (24), Cristian (16), R.J. (14), and Giavanna (5).
