Cedar Falls, Iowa—The University of Northern Iowa women's tennis team will compete at the MVC Individual Championships, Oct. 7-9 in Normal, Illinois.
Action will begin at 9 a.m. each day.
At the MVC Individual Championships last year, Savanna Hunt took fourth place in the No. 6 bracket. Hunt and Gisela Kemper took home fifth in the No. 3 doubles bracket.
Last Time in Action
The Panthers were last in action Sept. 22-44 at the Gopher Invitational. The Panthers shone in doubles matches, with Reghan Lynch and Kemper winning the No. 6 bracket. Hunt and Kate Merrick took third place in the No. 7 bracket, while Harri Proudfoot and Valentina Caro received third place honors in the No. 8 bracket.
Caro and Kemper both tallied victories in their singles matches. Proudfoot scored her first collegiate singles win at the invitational.
