2015: INDOOR: Ran a personal-best in the 3,000 meters at the UNI-Dome Open (2/20) with a time of 10:25.45 and a third place finish … also scored a PR in the mile with a time of 5:19.45 at the UNI Team Invitational (1/31).
2015: OUTDOOR: Did not compete.
High School: Ran cross country and track and field at Pleasant Valley High School … earned All-State and in cross country in 2010, 2011 and 2012 … was a four-time All-Conference honoree in cross country … holds the 4,000 meters school record … was named to the track and field All-Conference squad in 2011, 2012 and 2013 … helped her team to four conference championships and three district championships … was also a part of the state championship winning team in 2012 … also lettered in basketball and softball.
Personal: Daughter of Mike and Stacy Frakes … has two siblings, Brennen and Cooper … was part of the National Honor Society in 2012 and the Honor Roll in 2011, 2012 and 2013 … major is undecided.
