2020 INDOOR: Ran a personal best in the 60 meters with a time of 7.32 and jumped for a personal best distance of 6.30m in the long jump at the Hawkeye Invitational (1/10).
High School: Holds the school record at Prairie High School in the 4x1, 4x2, 4x4, distance medley and long jump... Over his high school career, earned first team all-conference honors in the long jump (2017) and 4x100 (2016)... Also earned second team all-conference honors in the 4x100 (2017), high jump (2016) and 1600 medley... Named first team all-metro honors in the high jump (2017), long jump (2017), 4x100 (2016) and 1600 medley (2016, 2015)... Named All-State Elite in the 1600 medley and 4x100...Led Prairie HS to a team state championship in 2016, while also earning a 4x100 state title... Was a Drake Relays champion in the 4x1 and the 1600 medley... Named the team MVP for his high school.
Personal: Born Martavian Russel Borseth on Feb. 27, 1999… Native of Cedar Rapids, Iowa… Went to Prairie High School in Cedar Rapids... Son of Tyrone and Christine Borseth… Majoring in criminology… Favorite food is steak… Biggest influence is his mother… He enjoys boxing... In 10 years he hopes to be in the F.B.I.
