2014: OUTDOOR: Ran a season-best in the 200 meters at the Mark Messersmith Invitational (5/9) with a time of 22.39 … finished with a season-best time in the 400 meters of 49.50 at the Jim Duncan Invitational (4/11) … also competed in the 800 meters for the first time, notching a personal-best time of 1:59.19 at the EIU Big Blue Classic (4/3) … was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
2013: INDOOR: Won the 200 meters at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23) with a season-best time of 22.09 … was part of the 4X400 meter relay team that claimed second place at the MVC Indoor Championships … ran a personal-best time in the 300 meters at the Panther Open (1/12) with a time of 35.13 to place him third all-time at UNI … ran an indoor personal-best time in the 400 meters at the Iowa State Classic (2/7) with a time of 48.56.
OUTDOOR: Ran the third leg for the MVC Championship winning 4X100 meter relay team … ran the anchor leg and earned all-conference honors with the 4X400 meter relay team that claimed second at the MVC Outdoor Championships … notched a personal-best time in the 200 meters at the Joey Haines Invite (4/5) with a time of 22.07 … finished with a personal-best time in the 400 meters at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10) with a time of 48.50 … was named to the MVC Honor Roll and the MVC Scholar-Athlete team.
2012: INDOOR: Was part of the 4X400 meter relay team that finished in first overall at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/25) with a team time of 3:16.33 ... recorded a personal best time in the 60 meters at the Jack Jennett Invitational (1/27) with a time of 7.33 ... also finished with a personal best time in the 300 meters at the Panther Open (1/14) with a time of 36.02.
OUTDOOR: Was part of the 4X400 meter relay team that finished in first overall at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/11), finishing with a team time of 3:11.24 ... recorded a personal best time in the 400 meters at the Musco Invitational (4/21) with a time of 48.71 ... also finished with a personal best time in the 200 meters at the USF Bulls Invitational (3/15).
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in track and field at West Des Moines Valley High School … was on the state championship 4X400 meter relay team in 2011 … also was a part of the 4X400 meter relay team that won a Drake Relays title in 2011 … has seven combined top-five finishes at the Drake Relays and state meet.
