2015: INDOOR: Ran a season-best in the 60 meter hurdles of 8.80 at the MVC Championships (2/28) … also scored a season-best in the 200 meters at the Panther Open (1/17), coming in with a time of 26.45 to win the event … won the 60 hurdles at the Panther Open and the Jack Jennett Invitational (1/30).
2015: OUTDOOR: Helped her 4X100 meter relay team to a fourth place finish at the MVC Championships (5/15), scoring team points … ran a season-best time in the 100 meter hurdles at the MVC Championships of 14.00 … was a part of the 4X100 meter shuttle hurdle relay team that place fourth overall at the Drake Relays (4/22), posting the third fastest time in school history (57.90) … recorded a season-best time in the 200 meters at the Husker Invitational (4/11), finishing with a time of 25.30 … earned the MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award and was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
2014: INDOOR: Recorded a personal-best in the 60 meter hurdles at the MVC Indoor Championships (3/1) with a time of 8.59, tying for third all-time at UNI … earned team points at the MVC Championships, placing fourth overall in the 60 meter hurdle finals … ran an indoor personal-best in the 200 meters at the Minnesota State Coaches Open (2/15) with a time of 25.97 and a fourth place finish … won the 60 meter hurdles at the UNI-Dome Open (2/21).
2014: OUTDOOR: Finished with a personal-best in the 100 meter hurdles at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/16), notching a time of 13.81 to earn fifth place in the race and fifth all-time at UNI … was also part of the all-conference earning 4X400 meter relay team at the MVC Championships, finishing third overall … helped her shuttle hurdle relay team at the Drake Relays (4/23) to earn the second fastest time in school history … finished in the top-five in every 100 meter hurdle competition during the season, including a win at the Musco Invitational (5/3) … earned the MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award … was also named to the MVC Honor Roll and the Scholar-Athlete Team.
2013: INDOOR: Ran a season-best in the 60 meter hurdles at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23) with a time of 9.27.
2013: OUTDOOR: Recorded a personal-best in the 200 meters at the Joey Haines Invite (4/5) with a time of 25.37 … finished with a personal-best time in the 100 meter hurdles at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10) with a time of 14.10 … was awarded the Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award and was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
High School: Participated in track and field at London Central High School ... was a part of the Canadian World Youth Team and the IAAF World Youth Championships ... was part of the 4X100 relay team that made the OFSAA finals her junior and senior years ... won the 100 meter hurdles at the OFSAA Championships in 2012 and won the 200 meter dash at the 2012 OFSAA West Regional ... is a two-time U17 Canadian Youth Champion in the 100 meter hurdles ... finished 13th overall at the World Youth Championships help in France ... was second overall in the 2011 Indoor Ontario Youth Championships in the 60 meter hurdles ... was the track MVP 2011 and 2012 ... was the recipient of the Golden Ghost Award, which is given to the best athlete and student at London Central.
