2014: Appeared in eight games while pinch hitting five times… hit a home run as a pinch hitter in a 7-4 win against Evansville (3/29).
2013: Appeared in 17 games ... drew her only start in left field as the Panthers downed Arkansas-Pine Bluff (2/24), 6-0 ... scored six runs ... tallied her first collegiate hit as a pinch hitter against Grambling State (2/22).
High School: A five-year letter recipient from Cedar Rapids Jefferson High School ... also earned three letters each through cross country and track ... earned a number of honors through her career as a J-Hawk finding a trio of All-Metro and All-Conference honors from 2010-2012, as well as a pair of All-District and All-State honors her junior and senior seasons ... her favorite high school memory competing in sports will be all of her teammates and everything they accomplished as a team.
Personal: Daughter of Doug and Jennifer Sedlek ... born April 11, 1994, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa ... active through her community with Habitat for Humanity, Green Square Meals, Block by Block and Urban Garden ... chose UNI because, "I've always wanted to go to UNI and couldn't turn down the offer to play Division I softball. I also loved the coaching staff and everything the school has to offer."
