2022 (JUNIOR): Ran a time of 28:14, finishing in 80th place at the MVC Championships.
2021: Opened the season as UNI's third-fastest runner at the Hawkeye Invite with a 25th-place finish and a time of 25 19:22.90 ... finished fourth for UNI at the Redbird Invitational in 66th place in a time of 26:22.30 ... finished third among Panthers at the Bradley Pink Classic with a time of 25:59.90 .... was sixth for UNI at the MVC Championships with a 50th-place finish in a time of 26:38.80 ... was fourth for UNI at regionals with a 154th-place finish in a time of 33:26.86.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-sport athlete with letters in cross country, track and field, basketball and swimming… a two-time First –Team All-Conference honoree and picked up honors as a member of the Telegraph Herald All-Area Team and the Des Moines Register All-Iowa 4A team … finished third in the 3,200-meter run at the 2019 4A Iowa state championship … ran the second-fastest 5K time in Dubuque Hempstead High School history … a member of two conference championship teams and was a member of the two teams that earned runner-up honors at state cross country.
