2018: Finished 11th at the Hawkeye Invite with a 6K time of 18:47.5... Placed seventh at the Bradley Intercollegiate Championships in the 4.97M with a time of 25:21.3… Finished 20th at the Bradley Pink Classic with an 8K time of 24:58.2... Earned All-Conference honors after finishing eighth at the Missouri Valley Conference Cross Country Championships in the 4.97M with a time of 24:24.3... Finished 80th at the NCAA Midwest Region with a 10K time of 32:34.1.
PRIOR TO UNI (2015-16)
Competed at North Iowa Area Community College... Selected as the NJCAA Midwest Region Indoor Track Athlete of the Year in 2017... Became the first NIACC male athlete to claim a national track and field title with his victory in the 800-meter run... Khat ran a school record time of 1:51.78 at the NJCAA national indoor meet in March of 2017.
