UNI women’s golf ready to tee off at the MVC Championship

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa --- UNI women's golf travels to Silvis, Illinois, for the 2026 Missouri Valley Conference Championship at TPC Deere Run, the final tournament of the season.
This year's MVC Championship will be held on April 19-21 and will consist of a three-day tournament, a 54-hole event with 18 holes contested on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. The Panthers will compete against a 10-team field including Valparaiso, Murray State, Drake, Bradley, UIC, Southern Illinois, Indiana State, Evansville, Belmont, and Illinois State University.
Last season, two returning Panthers competed in the 2025 MVC Championship. McKenna Mallow finished tied for 49th place, shooting a score of 242 (+26), and Isabella Pettersen placed 62nd with a score of 88 (+16) as a sub to finish her freshman season.
The UNI women tied for 7th place at the Stampede at the Creek with a score of 965 (+101). McKenna Mallow tied for 19th place, shooting 233 (+17). Addison Berg tied for 41st place with a 244 (+28). Isabella Pettersen tied for 43rd, carding 245 (+29). Jane Petersen placed 46th with a score of 246 (+30). Molly Ratchford tied for 55th place, shooting 251 (+35) as an individual. Greenlee Smock tied for 59th place with a score of 254 (+38). Lauren Nuss tied for 62nd, finishing with 258 (+42).
