Jensen, Hualde sit in the top-10 after day two of the MVC Women’s Golf Championships.

WATERLOO, III. --- UNI women's golf finished round two of the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Championships in seventh place as Illinois State currently sits in first place with a score of 579 (+3). Bradley's Jillian Cosler leads the individual field with a score of 143 (-1) to round out day two of the tournament at Annbriar Golf Club.

The Panthers are led by Anna Jensen, who finished day two in a three-way tie for seventh place with a total score of 148 (+4), sinking three birdies and three bogeys in round two. Victoria Hualde finished in a seven-way tie for 10th place, shooting a total score of 149 (+5), with three birdies and five bogeys. Senior Rylie Driskell subbed in for freshman Isabella Pettersen and finished the day in a six-way tie for 17th place, shooting a score of 78 (+6) in round two.

Junior McKenna Mallow finished in a three-way tie for 48th place, shooting a final score of 159 (+15), carding two birdies and six bogeys. Anna Nacos finished the day in a tie for 52nd place, shooting an 80 in round two and finishing with a total score of 161 (+17).

UNI will tee off the final round of the MVC Championships with tee times beginning at 8:30 a.m. CT.
