CEDAR FALLS, Iowa--The University of Northern Iowa women's swimming and diving team looks to open home competition on Friday, October 21 at 5 p.m. in the Glen F. Henry Pool.

The Panthers will play host to the University of Sioux Falls Cougars and the Quincy University Hawks during family weekend.

LAST TIME IN THE POOL

The Panthers competed at the Missouri State Invitational on Oct. 8, placing in 12 of the 16 events. Freshmen Katie Taylor and Moriah Ross each made impressive debuts for the Panthers swimming team. Molly Lembezeder, Veronica Herrmann and Rachel Siebenaller all had outstanding performances.

The Cougars competed at Iowa Central Community College on Sept. 30.

The Hawks competed at Truman State at home on Oct. 14, winning five of the 11 events at the meet.

LAST TIME AGAINST THE PANTHERS

The Panthers and Hawks met last season at Quincy. The Panthers walked away from the meet, winning 210-67 and a collection of top 3 finishes.

This will be the first meeting between the Cougars and the Panthers.
