2017-18: MVC Scholar Athlete, 1st Team All Conference, Scholar All-American, MVC swimmer of the week twice this season….Top 200 free relay with Abby Meyer, Rachel Siebenaller, and Crystal Florman at MVC Championships, swimming a 1:31.53….Top 400 free relay with Katie Taylor, Rachel Siebenaller and Crystal Florman at MVC Championships, timing in at 3:23.24…Top 50 free time was a 23.04 at the MVC Championships……Top 100 free time was at MVC Championships, swimming a 50.01 for second…Took third at conference in the 200 free, swimming a 1:49.71….Had 16 first place finishes in the season…Took first place with Florman, Siebenaller, and Appleton in the 400 freestyle relay against Iowa State (3:33.38)
2016-17: Defended her title in the 50 and 100 freestyles at the MVC Championships (2/15-2/18)......In the 50 freestyle, preliminary time was 22.81 and a UNI, MVC, and NCAA B Cut...Finals in the 50 freestyle timed in a 22.88…..100 freestyle final was a time of 49.97….Preliminary time in the 100 freestyle was 49.89, good for a UNI, MVC and NCAA B Cut…..Swam into second place and a UNI record in the 200 freestyle, timing in at 1:49.80…..Teamed up with Taylor, Roepsch and Florman in the 200 medley relay for a UNI record and second place, timing in at 1:41.11…..Paired up with Florman, Roepsch and Phyfe in the 200 freestyle relay, timing in at 1:32.04 and a UNI and MVC record….Met up with Florman, Taylor and Phyfe in the 400 freestyle relay, swimming a 3:22.01 for first place and a UNI and MVC record…..Teamed up with Taylor, Phyfe and Siebenaller in the 800 freestyle relay for third place, swimming in at 7:22.20….Named to the First Team All Conference…..Named to the Scholar-Athlete team.....Competed in the 50 freestyle, swimming a 23.39 for second place at the Big Challenge (11/18-11/20)....Took first place in the 100 and 200 freestyle events at the UNO Invite (12/1-12/3), with times of 50.88 and 1:52.32 respectively…..Swam a 59.42 in the 100 IM (12/1-12/3) for third place…...Competed in the 1000 freestyle against Iowa Central and Loras, timing in at 10:59.18 (1/13)....Best relay time in the 200 freestyle relay, teaming up with Florman, Roepsch, Phyfe for a time of 1.33.63 and fourth place (11/18-11/20)....took first place in the 400 freestyle relay with Florman, Roepsch, Phyfe for a time of 3:25.07 (12/1-12/3)....Best time in the 200 medley relay, swimming with Taylor, Ross and Florman, a time of 1:43.81 for fifth place (11/18-11/20).....Teamed up with Taylor, Ross and Florman for a fifth place finish in the 400 medley relay, swimming a 3:45.83 (11/18-11/20)....Competed with Taylor, Siebenaller and Phyfe in the 800 freestyle for a time of 7:33.93 for first place (12/1-12/3)...Nabbed 11 first place finishes and 4 second place finishes individually and 10 first place finishes in relay events…..Competed in all meets this season
2015-16: Named to Scholar-Athlete Team….Named to the 1st Team All-Conference...Multiple first place finishes at the MVC Championship….First place in the 100 freestyle, timing in at 50.79 (2/20)...Set a new MVC record in the 400 freestyle relay with Crystal Florman, Aftin Phyfe and Autumn Roepsch, timing in at 3:23.56 (2/20)...Took fourth place in the 200 freestyle, shattering her record with a time of 1:51.42 (2/19)....First place in the 50 freestyle with a time of 23.16; also teamed up with Crystal Florman, Autumn Roepsch and Rachel Siebenaller for a first place finish in the 200 freestyle relay with a time of 1:33.41 (2/18)...Took home first place in the 200 medley relay with Crystal Florman, Veronica Herrmann and Madison Rinaldi, timing in at 1:42.37; took home third place in the 800 freestyle relay with Aftin Phyfe, Sierra Sachtjen and Rachel Siebenaller, timing in at 7:27.70 (2/17)...First place in the 200 Medley Relay with Madison Rinaldi, Veronica Herrmann and Crystal Florman for a time of 1:47.75 (1/23)…. Set the school record in the 50 and 100 Freestyle events with times of 23.29 and 50.58 at the Iowa Invitational. Also swam a time of 1:53.26 in the 200 Freestyle (12/4-6)…Swam a time of 23.36 in the 50 Freestyle and 51.04 in the 100 Freestyle at Kansas Invite and competed in the 200 Freestyle with a time of 1:54.55 (11/20-22).…Took home first place finishes in mid-distance events 200 Freestyle and 500 Freestyle with times of 1:54.72 and 5:15 (11/7)….Swam a 24.12 versus Nebraska (10/30) in the 50 Freestyle and a 52.02 in the 100 Freestyle…. Second place finish in the 200 Medley Relay with Madison Rinaldi, Olivia Knowles and Crystal Florman for a time of 1:49.18. Lembezeder first place times of 24.06 in the 50 Freestyle and 52.31 in the 100 Freestyle (10/23)…. 26.68 in the 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle, swimming a time of 58.19 (10/22)…. At Iowa/MSU (10/16) snagging a second-place finish in the 100 freestyle with a time of 51.61 seconds and a third-place spot in the 50-yard freestyle, with a time of 23.82….Named MVC Swimmer of the Week twice this season…Named to the Big Challenge All-Star Team (11/22)
2014-15: 51.15 prelim time in the 100 freestyle at MVC Championships (2/20)....placed fifth overall.....Combined with Aftin Phyfe, Miki Freese and Rachel Siebenaller in the 400 freestyle relay to bring home a new school record in the relay with a final time of 3:26.53, surpassing their previous school-record preliminaries time of 3:27.58.....Second-best on UNI's Record list in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:52.31....Combined with Aftin Phyfe, Veronica Herrmann, and Taylor Ostrowski in the 400 medley relay for a new school record checking in at 3:48.66, besting the previous record set in 2014 of 3:51.28, at the MVC Championships (2/20)….Bested teammate Aftin Phyfe's 50 freestyle school record by nine one-hundreths at 23.64 seconds at the MVC Championships...Broke the school record with a time of 1:34.83 in a 200 freestyle relay after combining with Phyfe, Miki Freese and Siebenaller at the MVC Championships (2/18-2/20)....200 split time in the 800 freestyle relay of 1:52.31 was also good for a new school-record at the MVC Championships (2/18)....800 freestyle relay team of Aftin Phyfe, Sierra Sachtjen and Rachel Siebenaller combined for a new school-record time of 7:29.47, besting the previous record by 11 seconds at the MVC Championships (2/18)....Registered two runner-up finishes against Iowa, and two first-place finishes against the Leathernecks in the 50 and 100 freestyle's to go along with her third-place finish among all competitors in the 200 freestyle relay (2/6)
