2016-17: Took third place in the 1-Meter consolation at MVC Championships, diving a 185.55 (2/15-2/18)…..Dove into seventh place in the 3-Meter competition, with a score of 202.05….Named to the Honorable Mention team....Season best 1-meter dive had a dive score of 191.55 against Nebraska-Omaha (10/29)....Season best 3-meter dive was a 221.02 against South Dakota (11/4)
2015-16: Red-shirted after transferring from Rider University.
At Rider: Fine Arts major…Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference All-Academic honoree…as a sophomore, qualified for the NCAA Zone ‘A’ diving meet and placed 47th on the three-meter board (164.65)…posted her season-best dive scores in a MAAC meet against Saint Peter’s, scoring 280.80 on the three-meter and 252.45 on the one-meter…as a Rider rookie, finished seventh on the three-meter dive, earning 12 team points at the 2013 MAAC Championships…also finished 19th on the one-meter dive at the MAACs…finished 16th on both the one-meter and three-meter dives at the 2013 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Swimming & Diving Open Championships…in a conference dual-meet against Saint Peter’s, finished first on the one-meter and three-meter dives…in a MAAC dual-meet against Loyola Maryland, finished first on the three-meter dive and second on the one-meter dive…in a dual-meet against Seton Hall, finished second on the one-meter dive.
High School: Four-year letterwinner for diving...dove for the combined Johnston/Urbandale High School team...team captain as a senior...holds the fourth place all-time best 11-dive score...bronze medalist at the 2011 Iowa State Games on the one-meter...regional/district champion as a senior and was ranked fourth in the state...also lettered in cheerleading all four years and was a two-year letterwinner in tennis, earning academic All-Conference honors in all sports...David A. Linder award for diving...also a tri-athlete award winner...editor of the school newspaper as a senior...President of the Art Club, her work was featured in the Iowa Conference Art Show and the Senior Art Show (Des Moines, Iowa)
Personal: daughter of Tim and Pam Billerbeck, younger brother (Joseph), younger sister (Eleanor)...diving coach for the Des Moines Golf & Country Club in the summer...majoring in Art with a Studio Emphasis and a minor in marketing......leader of the Character Counts group and a D.A.R.E. role model during high school...plays the piano and trumpet...hobbies include painting, playing with her cats, blogging and long bike rides
