2016-17: Competed in the preliminaries of the 50 freestyle at MVC Championships, swimming a 25.43 (2/15-2/18).....Competed in the 100 and 200 freestyle preliminaries, timing in at 55.58 and 2:01.92 respectively….Named to the Scholar-Athlete team.....Season best times came at the Mutual of Omaha Invite (12/1-12/3)...Season best in the 50 freestyle, timing in at 25.84.....100 freestyle best time was a 55.93....Competed in the 200 freestyle for a time of 2:02.12.....Timed in at 1:03.05 in the 100 butterfly
2015-16: Named to the Scholar-Athlete team...Competed at the MVC Conference meet...Second place in the 100 Freestyle with a time of 57.68 and in the 200 Freestyle with a time of 2:05.31 (1/16)… 400 Freestyle Relay with Savannah Jensen, Lauren Kacmarynski and Meredith Gorman, with a time of 3:51.57 and competed with Bailey Moulden, Abby McMahon and Abby Meyer for a time of 1:57.69 in the 200 Medley Relay (1/15)….Swam a 25.70 in the 50 Freestyle and a 1:02.40 in the 100 Butterfly (12/4)…Swam a 55.78 in the 100 Freestyle and a 2:01.72 in the 200 Freestyle (11/20)…Third place in the 400 Freestyle Relay with Abby Meyer, Lauren Kacmarynski and Sierra Sachtjen, with a time of 3:40.13 (10/23)
2014-15: Honored as a scholar-athlete (MVC Team)
2013: 400 freestyle relay team placed ninth at MVC Championships (2/13-15)
High School: State qualifier for Linn-Mar High School in her sophomore, junior, and senior years… Named first-team all-conference her senior year as well as conference all-academic team… Named team captain her senior year... Member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Born January 9, 1995 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa… Daughter of Kevin Klimes and Cherie Klimes… Has one brother, Austin (24)… Majoring in Communication Sciences Disorders….Hobbies include swimming and volunteering
