2022 INDOOR: Finished third in 3,000-meter run with a time of 8:46.33 at the Hawkeye Invitational (Jan. 15) ... placed fourth in 800-meter run with a time of 2:02.99 and placed second in the mile with a time of 4:27.36 at the Jack Jennett Invitational (Jan. 21) ... earned the MVC Commissioner's Excellence Award for a GPA of 3.5 or higher and named to the MVC Honor Roll.
2021 OUTDOOR: Clocked a personal-best of 4:06.56 in the 1500-meter run at the South Dakota Tune-Up (May 7) … stopped the clock at 15:14.36 for a personal best in the 5,000 meters at the Gibson Invitational (April 16-17) … finished sixth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:07.20 at the Illinois State Invitational (April 30 - May 1) ... made Dean's List.
2021 INDOOR: Placed third with a personal-best in the 5000 meters with a time of 15:57.68 at the Ted Nelson Dual (Feb. 6) … clocked a personal-best time of 4:31.10 in the mile at the Wartburg Friday Night Lights Meet (Jan. 29) … stopped the clock at 4:31.30 in the mile to finish fourth at the Panther Invite (Jan. 9) … posted a time of 9:01.62 for a personal-best in the 3,000 meters at the Jack Jennett Invitational (Jan. 22).
HIGH SCHOOL: Part of Drake Relays 4x800 championship relay team in 2018 for Urbandale High School (Iowa) ... three-time 3,200 meter run state qualifier ... two-time state qualifier in the 1,600 and 4x800 ... four-time state cross country qualifier, earning elite all-state in 2017 and 2019 ... had senior year of track canceled in 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic ... was on honor roll all four years ... was cross country team captain in 2017, 2018 and 2019 ... also played basketball and competed in swimming in addition to cross country and track and field.
