2021 OUTDOOR: Recorded a third-place finish with a time of 10:08.13 in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Wartburg Outdoor Select (April 9-10) … Clocked a personal-best of 4:16.11 in the 1500 meters at the USD Early Bird (April 3).
2021 INDOOR: Placed fifth in the 5000 meters with a time of 16:05.90 at the Ted Nelson Dual (Feb. 6) … Clocked a season-best in the mile with a time of 4:31.20 at the Wartburg Friday Night Lights Meet (Jan. 29).
2020 INDOOR: Competed at the Hawkeye Invitational (1/10) and the Bison Team Cup (1/18)… Placed first in the 4x800 at the Jack Jennett Open (1/23)… Recorded a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:23.30 at the Cyclone Open (1/24)… Competed at the Black and Gold Premier (1/31)… Placed third and recorded a personal best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:44.80 at the Wartburg Meet (2/7).
2019 OUTDOOR: Finished first in the 5000-meters at the Jim Duncan Invite (March 30)... Recorded a personal-best of 9:51.93 in the 3000-meter Steeplechase at the Musco Twilight (April 13)... HIGH SCHOOL: Was 2x all-conference in cross country ... three time state qualifier in cross country ... three time state qualifier in track ... was on the roll.
PERSONAL: Son of Dawn Liekweg and Chad Henrichs ... native of Urbandale, Iowa ... has two sisters ... enjoys swimming, biking, wakeboarding and photography.
