2022 OUTDOOR: Was third in the 800-meter run at the USD Twilight (May 6) with a time of 1:54.30 ... part of a 4x400 team that placed eighth to open the season at the USD Early Bird in a time of 3:23.64 ... placed fourth in the 800-meter run at Jim Duncan with a time of 1:54:86, as well as placing first in the 4x400 with a time of 3:15:91 ... earned the MVC Commissioner's Excellence Award for a GPA of 3.5 or higher and named to the MVC Honor Roll.
2022 INDOOR: Placed sixth in 800-meter with a 1:55.20 time and placed seventh in 4x400 meter with a 3:20.58 minute time at the Hawkeye Invitational (Jan. 15) ... placed second in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:58.19 at the Friday Knight Lights Invitational.
2021 OUTDOOR: Stopped the clock at 1:53.28 for a personal-best in the 800 meters to place sixth at the South Dakota Tune-Up (May 7) … Clocked a personal-best of 4:05.28 in the 1500 meters at the Tom Botts Invitational (April 9-10) … Member of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed second with a time of 3:18.05 at the USD Early Bird (April 3) … Recorded a time of 1:53.75 in the 800 meters at the MVC Outdoor Championships (May 14-16).

2018-19 INDOOR SEASON: Finished fourth at the Jack Jennett Open in the 800 with a time of 1:57.99… Finished third in the 600 yd with a time of 1:13.57 at the Iowa State Classic… Finished fourth at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships in the DMR with a time of 10:16.04… Finished second at the 2019 Jim Duncan Invitational in the 800 with a time of 2:01.96, was on the team that won in the 4x400 with a time of 3:28.86.
HIGH SCHOOL: Helped Urbandale become district champs in football for the 2017-18 season … first team all-district and captain in football … had a 4.0 GPA all throughout high school and made academic all-state … elite all-state in both the distance medley and 4x800 in 2018.
