Appeared in 49 games and started 43 of them as an outfielder...she batted .213 on the season including four home runs, nine RBI’s, 21 runs scored and nine stolen bases. Season highlight occurred at Austin Peay where she stuffed the stat sheet with a double, home run, two runs scored and 3 RBI.
2009
Appeared in 38 games for the Panthers, starting eight … was 4-of-4 on stolen-base attempts … scored 11 runs on the season … recorded eight put outs and three assists in the outfield.

Earned five varsity letters in softball, four each in basketball and track...Played in five state softball tournaments and named a member of the All-Tournament team her junior year…Earned Class 4A first-team All-State and Elite All-State honors as an outfielder hers senior year, and second team All-State honors as a junior...Named to the MVC first-team in softball as a junior and senior....Three-time All-Metro selection...Named MVC Player of the Year as a senior...Named Linn County Athlete of the Year Nominee her senior year as well as the George Hidinger Female Athlete of the Year winner as the best female athlete at Jefferson High School her senior year...Qualified in four separate events each year for both the State Track and Field Meet and the Drake Relays all four years of high school...Named to the All-Metro and MVC first-team in track for four straight years...Starting guard on two state qualifying basketball teams...A member of the National Honor Society, National Youth Leadership Council and the editor of the Jefferson Outlook school newspaper...Named to the honor-roll all four years of high school....Recruited in softball by Wayne State, Kirkwood CC and Indian Hills CC....Was also offered a basketball scholarship at Doane College (Neb.).
