2012: Saw action in eight games during the season … averaged 4.6 yards per carry and 16.5 all-purpose yards per game … had a season high 25 carries for 87 yards and three touchdowns against Central State (9/8) … notched a season long rush against Western Illinois (11/3) for 23 yards.
2011: Redshirted.
High School: Led his team to a 9-1 record and a Class 4A state playoff berth while playing for Coach Justin Kammrad at Council Bluffs Abraham Lincoln ... named Class 4A Elite All-State this year as a running back ... also named first-team all-conference each of the past two seasons ... rushed for 2,078 yards with 39 touchdowns as a senior ... averaged 13 yards per carry ... rushed for 451 yards in a single game, the second-highest single-game performance in Iowa high school football history ... also a track standout, winning the class 4A state title in the 100-meter dash as a junior and finishing as runner-up in the 200-meter dash.
