2022 OUTDOOR: Finished seventh at the MVC Championships in the 1,500-meter run in a time of 3:57.81 ... placed third in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 3:59.83 and placed first in the 4x400 with a time of 3:14.34 at South Dakota ... third in 1,500-meter run at Jim Duncan with a time of 3:54:16 ... earned a spot on the MVC Honor Roll for a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
2022 INDOOR: Part of the fifth-place distance medley team that ran 12:21.34 at the MVC Championships ... third in the 1,000-meter run at the ISU Classic ... won the men's 800-meter run with a time of 1:54.11 moving him to ninth place in the Missouri Valley rankings at the Badger Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL: Broke record in 1,600-meter run at Atlantic High School ... won Iowa high school state championship in 4x800 as a freshman ... runner-up in Drake Relays 800-meter run as senior ... took fifth place in 800 and 1,600-meter runs at state championships as a senior ... took sixth in the 1,600-meter run at state as a sophomore and seventh in the 800-meter run ... part of high school team that took second and third at state championships as freshman and sophomore ... finished in 21st place at state cross country championships as a junior ... also played basketball (guard) and football (tight end and quarterback).
