2022 OUTDOOR: Earned all-conference honors with a third-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles in a time of 1:02.50 at the MVC Championships ... earned MVC Scholar-Athlete honors ... placed fifth in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:03.43 at South Dakota ... fourth in the 400-meter hurdles at KT Woodman Classic with a time of 1:03:18 ... won the 400-meter hurdles at the Jim Duncan with a time of 1:02.85 and part of the winning 4x400 with a time of 3:51.69 ... earned the MVC Presidents Council Academic Award for 3.8 GPA or higher, also earning the Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award and Honor Roll honors.
2022 INDOOR: Took seventh in the 800-meter run at the MVC Championships in a time of 2:19.77 ... took third in the 800-meter run at Iowa's Larry Wieczorek Invitational ... was third in the women's 800-meter run with a time of 2:18.56 seconds at the Badger Invitational.
2021 OUTDOOR: Posted a time of 1:05.44 to take eighth in the 400-meter hurdles at the MVC Outdoor Championships (May 14-16) … Clocked a time of 1:04.76 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Drake Relays (April 22-24) … Took sixth in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:05.71 and in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 4:09.81 at the Illinois State Invitational (April 30 - May 1) … Named to the 2021 MVC Track & Field Scholar-Athlete Team.
2021 INDOOR: Clocked a time of 1:29.59 in the 600 yards to place sixth at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 12-13).
2020 INDOOR: Finished sixth in the 800-meter run at the MVC Championships with a time of 2:20.83 ... ran a personal best in the 600 meters with a time of 1:35.90 at the Hawkeye Invitational (1/10)… Placed fourth in the 800 meters and third in the 4x400 at the Bison Team Cup (1/18)… third and ran a personal best in the 400 meters with a time of 59.26 at the Jack Jennett Open (1/23)… second and ran a personal best in the 600 yards with a time of 1:25.84 at the Cyclone Open (1/24)… Competed at the Black and Gold Premier (1/31) and the Iowa State Classic (2/14).
2019 OUTDOOR: Earned all-conference honors in two events as a member of the 4x400 relay that took third at the MVC Championship and clocked a personal best of 1:01.46 to take third in the 400-meter hurdles at the MVC Championships (May 12) ... third as a member of the 4x400 relay and competed in the 4x200 and 4x800 at the Drake Relays (April 27) ... won as a member of the 4x400-meter relay and second in the 400-meter hurdles at the Jim Duncan Invite (March 30) ... second as a member of the 4x400 relay and third in the 400-meter hurdles at the Husker Spring Invite (April 6) ... won as a member of the 4x400 relay and in the 400 hurdles at the Musco Twilight (April 13) and the Tom Botts Invite (April 20) ... fourth in the 400 hurdles at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (May 3).
2018-19 INDOOR SEASON: Earned all-conference honors as part of a second-place distance medley relay at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships with a time of 12:02.87 ... fifth at the Hawkeye Invitational in the 800 with a time of 2:16.65 … won Jack Jennett Open in the 800 with a time of 2:17.54… second at the Black & Gold Premier in the 800 with a time of 2:16.51, was on the team that finished second with a time of 3:51.18 … part of 4x400 relay that took fifth at the Iowa State Classic in a time of 3:50.45 … won at the Badger Red & White Classic in the mile with a time of 5:11.59.
