Darta Dalecka earns Second Team Scholar-Athlete honors

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa — UNI senior Darta Dalecka has been named to the Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete Second Team, recognizing her excellence both on the court and in the classroom.
Balancing academic success with athletic achievement, Dalecka has played a key role in helping the Panthers earn their first MVC Team Tournament berth since 2022. UNI closed out the regular season with a 7-14 overall record and a 4-4 mark in conference play, securing the five-seed in the postseason tournament.
UP NEXT
The Panthers will travel to Valparaiso, Indiana for the 2025 MVC Team Tournament. UNI's opening round dual will be played at 10 a.m. CT next Friday, April 25.
