CEDAR FALLS, Iowa --- The 14th ranked UNI wrestling team kicks off the final two-meet stretch of the calendar year this Sunday afternoon as the Panthers welcome No. 12 Missouri to the McLeod Center in Big 12 Conference dual action.
Sunday's dual with the Tigers will begin at 1 p.m. CT inside the McLeod Center with live coverage available on FloWrestling and CFU Channel 15 with Jeff Bradley and Jim Miller on the call.

Fans can receive free admission to the dual through the team's Toys For Tots drive by donating a new toy valued at $5 or more. Spectators can also grab a photo with Santa on the McLeod Center's north concourse.
Northern Iowa will look to score a third straight dual win against the Tigers after topping Missouri in Heartland, Wisconsin last November by a score of 24-10. UNI's current two-dual winning streak against the Tigers is its longest since topping Missouri twice during the 2002-03 season.
The Panthers return to Cedar Falls after a weekend on the road in dual action, winning three individual titles and a team championship at SIU Edwardsville's Cougar Clash, while also posting four medalists at UW-Parkside's Jim Koch Open. Cory Land (133 pounds), Ryder Downey (165 pounds) and Wyatt Voelker (heavyweight) all won titles in Edwardsville, while Jace Hedeman (133 pounds) and John Gunderson (197 pounds) placed second in Wisconsin.
Sunday will be just UNI's fifth dual of the season and the 12th of the year for Missouri. The Panthers were victorious in their last dual, their Big 12 opener with a 27-11 win over North Dakota State at home on Nov. 23. Northern Iowa has won nine of its last ten Big 12 duals dating back to the 2023-24 season, with the lone loss coming last season to Oklahoma State.
SCOUTING MISSOURI
Longtime Tigers head coach Brian Smith leads the 12th ranked Tigers into the McLeod Center after a fourth-place showing at the Cougar Clash last Sunday in Edwardsville. Missouri, who is 6-5 in dual meets this year, will open its Big 12 schedule this weekend against the Panthers, looking to bounce back from a 27-10 dual loss to Nebraska on Dec. 5.
Of Missouri's six NCAA qualifiers from a year ago, five return this season led by All-American Cam Steed, who finished seventh at 165 pounds last season and has since moved up to 174 pounds. Also moving up a weight class is Josh Edmond to 141 pounds, with Kade Moore (133 pounds) and J Conway (157 pounds) also returning for the Tigers. Five-time All-American Keegan O'Toole, a former two-time NCAA champion who placed second at 174 pounds last year, also joins the Missouri coaching staff.
