UNI Men’s Golf Closes Out Fall Slate at the Missouri State Intercollegiate

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa --- The UNI men's golf team is set to close out its fall season in Missouri, competing in the Missouri State Intercollegiate hosted by Missouri State University at the Millwood Golf Club.
Play begins on Oct. 27-28 at Millwood Golf Club in Ozark, a par-71 course measuring 6,702 yards. The Missouri State Intercollegiate will start on Monday morning and run through Tuesday afternoon, with the Panthers playing round one and two on Monday and then finishing with the third and final round on Tuesday. The men's team will tee off against a 6-team field including Tennessee State, Evangel, Missouri State (Host), Bradley, Arkansas Pine-Bluff, and Lindenwood.
The Panther men are coming off a 16th-place finish out of 17 teams at the Grier Jones Shocker Invitational in Newton, Kansas. Calen Bishop led the Panther Pack, finishing in a five-way tie for 14th place, shooting a score of 216 (E). Tanner Dinnebier placed in a three-way tie for 19th with a total score of 217 (+1). Nile Petersen finished in a three-way tie for 74th place with a score of 228 (+12), while Anthony Lore placed in a tie for 102nd place, shooting 243 (+27). Davis Tripp finished in 104th place with a final score of 245 (+29).
