UNI women’s golf to close out fall season in Minnesota

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa --- The UNI women's golf team looks to close out the fall portion of its 2024-25 with a strong performance beginning Monday morning as the Panthers visit Stillwater, Minnesota for the Tommie Invitational, hosted by the University of St. Thomas at the Stone Bridge Golf Course.
A three-round tournament on a par-72, 6,052-yard course, UNI will tee off at 8:30 a.m. CT for both Monday's first two rounds and Tuesday's final round. Teams expected to compete against the Panthers in Minnesota include South Dakota State, St. Thomas, Minnesota and North Dakota.
The Panthers return to action after finishing in sixth place at the Bradley Coyote Creek Classic in an eight-team field with a final score of 963. Anna Jensen led the Panther pack finishing in seventh place with a final score of 228 (+12). Isabella Pettersen, competing as an individual placed 21st overall shooting 239 (+23) with five birdies. Senior Anna Nacos finished in 29th place carding a 243 (+27).
Victoria Hulade and McKenna Mallow both tied for 33rd place with a final score of 247 (+31). Sophomore Addison Berg also finished in a tie for 42nd place scoring a 255 (+39).
