CEDAR FALLS, Iowa - The UNI women's tennis team will face Northern Illinois University and Grinnell College at home this upcoming weekend.

UNI will play first against NIU at 1 p.m. Saturday. The Panthers and the Huskies are 8-8 overall, with the last match up being played in the 2020-21 season. .NIU got the 7-0 win. The Huskies are currently 7-3 this season.

The Panthers will be back in action at 10 a.m. Sunday when they host Grinnell College, a DIII school and member of the Midwest Conference.

UNI and Grinnell have met in the past. The series history is 3-0, in favor of the Panthers. Grinnell is on an undefeated streak with 11 wins this season..

UNI is 1-5,, with a win over St. Thomas in the season's home opener.
