UNI women's basketball vs. Drake
After struggling on the road in tough matchups against Southern Illinois and Missouri State, the Panthers look to bounce back against their main MVC rival, the Drake Bulldogs. In their last meeting on Jan. 21 UNI fell to the Bulldogs at the Knapp Center in Des Moines 65-57 as shooting struggled across the board. The Panthers will look to get out to a hot start and break away from the Bulldogs in their rematch at the McLeod Center on Saturday afternoon.Â
Saturday's game will feature a variety of promotions, including a white out, a student scholarship drawing of $1,000, and Equality and Inclusion Night. Equality and Inclusion night is done in partnership with Rising Coaches to support diversity, equity, and inclusion nationwide. Coaches on the sideline will be wearing all black along with an equal sign lapel pin to symbolize equality.Â
