Women's Golf in FIrst Place at Indiana State Spring Invite

TERRE HAUTE, Indiana - The UNI Panther women's golf team had their first round of the 2021 Indiana State Spring Invite. The women are off to a great start with a two stroke lead against Green Bay and going into the final day sitting in first place.

The Panthers were led by senior Hannah Bermel shooting a one under, 71. Tied for second place is the freshman Allison Nuss with a 74. Sydney Eaton carded a 77 and Emily Snelling shot a 78. Hailey Bermel is tied for 30th with an 81. The women shot a total of 300 (12 over) and have 18 holes left of the tournament left. The Panthers have a 2 stroke lead over second place Green Bay.
