UNI Softball will host their first home games of the season Apr. 2 – Apr. 3 against the Purple Aces of Evansville at Robinson-Dresser Sports Complex. The Purples Aces have an overall record of 17-8 and 5-1 in the Missouri Valley Conference. The Panthers sit with an overall record of 12-13 and 3-3 in Missouri Valley Conference play.Â

The Panthers:
The Panthers went 2-1 on the weekend (Mar. 27 - Mar. 28) against the Sycamores of Indiana State pushing their MVC record to 3-3.

Brooke Snider finished the weekend series vs. Indiana State (Mar. 27 - Mar. 28) with a .400 batting average and .700 slugging percentage. Snider recorded four hits, one being a home run that would give the Panthers a 3-2 lead in the top of the 9th inning securing a win, scored two runs, had one RBI, and tagged seven bases.

Daryn Lamprecht has recorded nine hits over the course of the past seven games. Lamprecht hit two doubles and one home run over that time period.
