ST. GEORGE, Utah - The University of Northern Iowa women's golf team took home a share of sixth place at the Pizza Hut Pat Lady Thunderbird Invitational at Sunbrook Golf Course.

The Panthers had round one and two scores of (310) and (311), earning them a final score of (621), tying them with Winthrop.

Senior Maddie Bertsch finished tied for ninth place overall after shooting 4-over (76) on the afternoon.

Tied at 26th and 33rd place are Emily Snelling and Sarah McMichael. Snelling finished 7-over (79) in round two, while McMichael improved after shooting 5-over (77) on the day.

Paige Van Dyk took home a share of 46th place as she finished 13-over (85) in the final round.

Hannah Bermel improved from her 16-over (88) finish in round one after stroking 7-over (79) in round two.

Sydney Eaton and Anne Gradoville, UNI's individuals, finished tied for 40th and 62nd place overall.

NEXT UP: UNI will head down to Trophy Club, Texas, for the ORU/SFA Spring Break Shootout on March 19-21.
