Grizzlies Snap Panthers Winning Streak, 2-1

Waterloo, Iowa--The University of Northern Iowa women's soccer team winning streak was snapped by the Montana Grizzlies, 2-1.
The Panthers got on the board first, with Sydney Hayden scoring in the 8-minute mark. Hayden's goal was her second of the season.
Montana's Rita Lang scored at the 55-minute mark off an assist from Alexa Coyle to tie the game up. Lang would be back in action with scoring, assisting Raye Burton at the 57-minute mark to put the Grizzlies up 2-1.
"It was a tale of two halves today," commented head coach Bruce Erickson.
The Panthers travel to Northern Illinois on Sept. 15 for a 6 p.m. match-up.
