DALLAS, Texas - The University of Northern Iowa women's golf team tied for 11th at the ORU/SFA Spring Break Invitational. The Panthers played the Trophy Club Country Club measuring 6,101 yards.
Three Panthers tied for 30th in the final individual standings. Allison Rolinger and Maddie Bertsch each posted rounds of 76 on Tuesday to finish the three-round event with a total of 228 strokes. Sonja Przybylski shot a 77 to end her three rounds with an identical 228 total.
Sarah McMichael recorded a team-high two birdies on Tuesday with one-under scores on holes No. 2 and No. 7.
Paige Van Dyk totaled a team-best seven birdies in the event. Van Dyk tied for 73rd overall with rounds of 77-82-78 (237).
Houston Baptist won the team title with a three-round total of 891. UNI tied for 11th with a score of 919.
